Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from Vault Tech Labs LLC ("Vault Tech", "we", "us") on vaulttechlabs.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Research Use Policy.

Products sold on this site are for Research Use Only (RUO). They are not for human or animal consumption, and not for use as a drug, food, food additive, cosmetic, or medical device. By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are purchasing for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research, not for personal consumption or for administration to humans or animals.
• You will handle, store, and dispose of the product according to all applicable laws and lab-safety practices.
• You will not resell, repackage, or relabel the product for human or animal use.
• You will comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to research compounds.

You confirm these points with a required checkbox at checkout. We record the confirmation, its time, and your IP address with your order.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and we will cancel and refund any order that indicates human or animal use (for example, order notes or messages about dosing, injecting, or personal use).

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Payment is by bank payment (ACH) through our payment processor, Lüt. An order is confirmed when payment clears. Discount codes cannot be combined, and first-order codes apply to a customer's first order only.

We ship to US addresses only, and we do not ship to Ohio. Orders ship in 2 to 4 business days from confirmation. Shipping is a $10 flat rate, free on orders over $150. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Because of the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns once a product has shipped. If your shipment arrives damaged, or a product does not match its published Certificate of Analysis, email orders@vaulttechlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

Each lot's certificate is published on this site and carries the testing lab's access code, so you can check it with the lab. If the product you receive does not match its published certificate, we will replace it at no charge.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault Tech Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased on this site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
