This Privacy Policy explains how Vault Tech Labs LLC ("Vault Tech", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use vaulttechlabs.com.
What we collect
name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (if provided), and order contents. Needed to ship and to send order and certificate emails.
when you check out, we record your confirmation, its time, and your IP address with the order.
handled by our payment processor, Lüt (bank payment). We do not store bank credentials.
if you create an account, your email and a hashed password. You can ask us to delete your account.
when you place an order, create an account, or sign up for updates or a Notify Me list, your email joins our list for new-lot and store updates. It stays there until you unsubscribe.

What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't advertise on platforms whose policies ban our category.
- We don't use third-party advertising pixels.
Who we share with
- Our shipping carrier, to deliver your order.
- Our payment processor (Lüt), to process your bank payment.
- Our email provider, to send order, certificate, and shipping emails, and email-list updates.
- Our accountant and counsel, when needed.
- A government authority, if compelled by valid legal process. We will notify you unless legally barred from doing so.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion (subject to legal retention requirements). Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. Email privacy@vaulttechlabs.com for any request.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies the site needs to work (cart, login session, security) and one that remembers your 21+ research-use confirmation. We do not use tracking cookies.
Security
Traffic is encrypted, passwords are stored as hashes, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you promptly.
Changes
Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an effective date.
