About the products

What we sell, how it's made, and what the certificates actually mean.

Q.01 What products do you sell?

Research peptides, and only in sizes whose lot passed independent lab testing: purity at or above the lab's pass line, identity confirmed, and the full certificate published. The shop shows what is live right now. Anything still in the lab shows as sold out until its lot passes. Browse at /shop.

Q.02 Are these for human use?

No. Every Vault Tech product is sold as research-grade material for in-vitro laboratory research only. Not for human consumption, not for animal consumption, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Every page on this site is labeled RUO (Research Use Only) for that reason.

Q.03 Where are they manufactured?

Our compounds are made by a manufacturing partner. Every lot is then tested by HPLC at an independent analytical laboratory named on its COA before it can go on sale. The manufacturer makes the material; the lab checks identity, purity, and net peptide content.

Q.04 What testing does each batch get?

Every lot gets HPLC purity and identity by HPLC retention-time match (plus LC-MS mass spectrometry where the COA shows it). Most certificates also report net peptide content and a fentanyl screen, and each lot page shows exactly what its certificate reports. Sterility, endotoxin, and heavy-metal panels are pharmaceutical-release tests. They are not part of a research-grade COA and we do not claim them.

Q.05 How do I read a Certificate of Analysis?

Every certificate shows the lot ID, the identity result, HPLC purity against the lab's pass line, the analysis date, and the lab director's sign-off, plus a QR code and an access code. Most also report net peptide content and a fentanyl screen. Our guide in /learn walks through each line.

Ordering & shipping

How ordering, payment, and shipping work.

Q.01 How do I order?

Pick a size, add it to your cart, and check out. Only sizes whose lot passed lab testing can be added; anything still in the lab shows as sold out. At checkout you confirm you are 21 or older and buying for laboratory research use only.

Q.02 What payment methods do you accept?

Bank payment (ACH) through Lüt, an encrypted pay-by-bank processor. You pay straight from your US bank account at checkout.

Q.03 How long does shipping take?

Orders ship in 2 to 4 business days from confirmation, then most US destinations land in 2 to 5 business days via USPS. Shipping is a $10 flat rate, free on orders over $150. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Q.04 Do you ship internationally?

We ship to US addresses only, and we do not ship to Ohio. International shipping introduces customs handling, regulatory variance, and dispute resolution complexity that we're not staffed to support yet. International expansion is on the roadmap once domestic ops are stable.

Q.05 What if my package arrives broken?

If a vial arrives damaged, email support@vaulttechlabs.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement. No return-and-wait. The replacement ships from a lot that passed lab testing.

Trust & verification

Why this brand exists, and how to verify the data without taking our word for it.

Q.01 How do I verify a batch's COA?

Search /coa by lot ID or COA number. Every lot on sale has its full certificate there. Each certificate also carries a QR code and an access code: scan it or enter the code at the lab's verify portal, and you are checking the result with the lab directly, without taking our word for any of it.

Q.02 Why should I trust you over another vendor?

Three things, in writing. We name our verification lab on every COA (most vendors say 'third-party tested' without naming anyone). Nothing goes on sale until its lot passes: we tested everything, a lot of it failed, and we only sell what passed. And we don't sell the highest-litigation-risk peptide classes. Vault Tech Labs LLC is a Wyoming entity, with founders and operations on record.
